| The belt is coated with polyurethane on both sides. The coating is smooth and non-porous. This efficient protection avoids bacterial proliferation and the penetration of liquids and contaminating agents inside the belt. The top coating of the belt (PU) is suited for food contact (EU and FDA). The fabric (100% polyester) ensures a high transversal rigidity (perfect flatness), an exceptional dimensional stability. Moreover the belts can be used with “Z” conveyors or with other flexible fabrics on troughed or our belt bend conveyors. The fabrics with very high tensile strength prevent the belt from elongating and enable it to convey heavy weights in inclined operations. The bottom coating of the belt (PU) protects the fabric from fraying and forms a mechanical protection against any sort of aggression. The coating with its positive rice pattern [HR] can be cleaned easily and thoroughly. Its low coefficient of friction enables conveying on slider beds or rollers. |

REINFORCED SECURITY WITH THE 
[FPS] BELT
| In order to enhance the service life, level of protection and safety of our Revpro belts, we provide these belts with sealed edges. This results in a belt that becomes hermetical to all external attacks. The fabric carcass is completely coated with TPU which ensures that no contamination or liquid penetration occur. The Revtop belt is therefore protected against all bacteriological or other micro-organism attacks. |
