Reveyron is the specialist for jointing or prepared splicing of finger overlap joints. The fingers are 50 mm long and 20 mm wide. We offer the following options :
Belts delivered with no endless joints :
- Open length belt : the belt is cut at a right angle of 90 °
- PPC/DS belt : the ends are prepared for a single finger on-site welding
- PPC/DS/DEC belt : the ends are prepared for an on-site welding with an overlap finger splice
- PPC/PE belt : the ends are prepared for an on-site welding with a step overlap
- PPC/PE/DIAG belt : the ends are prepared for an on-site welding with a diagonal overlap splice
Belts delivered with endless splices :
- SF/DS belt : simple finger splice (straight through finger joint)
- SF/DS/DEC belt : finger overlap splice (finger over finger joint)
- SF/PE belt : step overlap splice
- SF/PE/DIAG belt : diagonal step overlap splice

Conveyor belts equipped with a fastener (metal laces) :
- Plate Self Lock type fasteners (SL00, SL01 & SL02 types)
