Advantages of  [HR] structure on the top conveying side:

• The High Release coating [HR] structure makes sure that the product can be easily removed from the belt surface ; there is also no vacuum effect.
• The low coefficient of friction ensure that the conveyed products can be easily repositioned, deviated and or manipulated.
• TPU 92 ShA : very high cut and abrasion resistance
• The open [HR] (High Release) structure accelerates the cooling process of the conveyed product
• Small pulley’s Ø allowed  (25 mm)
• High Cleanabilty of [HR] coating + self-cleaning properties : release of dirt, liquids are easily evacuated.

• Conveying of sticky and/or wet products, in food and non-food applications
• Optical screening and scanning
• Conveying of abrasive products and/or products with sharp edges
