In accordance with the law of September 5th, 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future and its implementing decree of January 8th, 2019, aimed at eliminating the pay gap between women and men, the company Reveyron SAS publishes its Index on gender equality.
The index on professional equality between women and men is a score out of 100, obtained from the following 4 indicators:
- The gender pay gap (scored out of 40 points).
- The difference in annual pay increases (35 points).
- Increases on return from maternity leave (15 points).
- The presence of women among the highest earners in the company (10 points).
The Reveyron gender equality index, as of March 1st, 2021, is not calculable given that female staff is not represented in all age categories.
